There are tremendous benefits to doing an effective meditation practice. Whether using breathing exercises or the proper recitation the Mani, (om mani padme hum) one can learn to increase one’s compassion, joy, bliss and release negative emotions such as rage, sadness and confusion. By exploring the practice of compassion, one learns how to experience the bliss of love and letting go. By learning Lama Jigme’s unique techniques, Buddhahood is available to the practitioner in less then a single year.
Come let us explore Buddhas four mental yogas. How? First, by learning guided meditation practices that could enhance our experience of devotion love awareness and letting go. And second, by actually using the tools that Lama Jigme provides us with so we can actually receive the benefits of doing proper and profound Buddhist meditation. Although these techniques {even the first one that only takes nine minutes to complete} are powerful tools they will do you no good until you actually apply them. Remember, it far better to use a tool, than to be a tool!
