Poor Breathing… Poor Life,
No Breathing… No Life!

Tips on Meditation and the Spiritual path - idea #197 from your Buddhism expert
|
I urge you to resist the “knee-jerk” reaction to exclaim,
“No, Duh!”
For many years I was guilty of failing to heed this sage
advice. And for many years I suffered from weakened:
• health,
• strength and…
• stamina;
I want better for you, dear reader.
When skimming the Buddhist prayer-book and guided
meditation resource {available for FREE download} you
could notice that it is organized like a sandwich.
The bottom slice of bread is comprised of the prayers,
invocations and recitations of the “Opening Recitation.”
The peanut butter could be the Semi-verbal
contemplations such as:
• the three paths of Liberation,
• the three paths of Peace or…
• the three paths of Happiness.
The jelly could be the Silent meditations of:
• the Centering Questions,
• the Sutric Questions or…
• the Tantric Questions.
The top slice of bread is the collection of Closing
Recitations.
Let’s ignore the peanut butter and jelly, for the time
being, and turn our attention to the two slices of bread.
Both the Opening and Closing recitations could be
excellent opportunities to bring dynamic breathing into
the path of spiritual practice.
It’s simple! During the IN-breath
• pull your tummy in as far as you can
• while simultaneously taking as deep a breath as
possible.
Then, during the OUT-breath
• pull your tummy in, even more,
• while making sure to completely empty your
lungs.
I enthusiastically recommend you combine this powerful
breathing with the practice found on the Karmic Dynamo
CD; where you’ll be taught how to effortlessly increase
your love, so you could delight every Buddha, so
you could become a source of other folks' peace and
happiness.
So make sure you reserve your copy of
the Karmic Dynamo NOW so you don’t miss out on this
life-altering information
