onday, Wednesday and Friday's
         Four-minute work out, which is 8 cycles of:

    1.     20 seconds of Chin-ups or Pull-overs
    2.     10 seconds of Rest
    3.     20 seconds of Leg-thrusts
    4.     10 seconds of Rest

C.     Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday's
        Four-minute work out, which is 8 cycles of:

    1.     20 seconds of Wind-sprints or Squats
    2.     10 seconds of Rest
    3.     20 seconds of Push-ups
    4.     10 seconds of Rest    

D.     On Sunday please practice NON-strenuous,
        Active-rest such as:
        - going for a walk or
        - practicing gentle yoga.
