What a bunch of Whiners
Have you ever attended a "group meditation"? I still remember my first
one, and what a bitterly disappointing experience that turned out to be.
What was I expecting?
I was at a spiritual crossroads. I was painfully aware of the sorrow, fear,
anger and turmoil in my life and I earnestly longed to replace it with vast
amounts of love, peace, insight and happiness; but I did not know how.

I hoped that meditation would be the answer. Oh how I longed to find a
group of veteran meditators who had been around the block a time or two
and could really show me the ropes.
Man, was I in for a surprise!
To my frustration I found the instruction to be so vague that it seemed as if
the teacher was deliberately setting us up for failure. Giving the benefit of
the doubt, I choose to assume the fault was mine alone. After the
meditation period was over I approached the senior students hoping to be
strengthened by their peace and joy. Could you imagine how surprised I
was when the seasoned veterans were even more frustrated then I was?

Their conversations were ripe with these complaints:
  • Oh, I'll never tame this "monkey-mind" of mine!
  • Oh, if only I had greater insight!
  • When will sitting become comfortable?
  • I'm still making friends with sadness, perhaps joy will come someday!
I remember arriving at the meditation-center before anyone else. I met
with the teacher and then the senior students. I was so excited and
grateful for the specific guidance and dynamic examples I was hoping to
receive.
My friend, after many years of:
  • study,
  • channeling, and
  • practice
I have experienced the love, peace, insight and happiness that seemed so
very illusive.

I have received the secrets that could allow you to easily bypass all the:
  • frustration,
  • annoyance,
  • pain,
  • difficulty,
  • boredom,
  • disappointment and
  • heartbreak
that can be all too common when first learning the Art of meditation.

Here is the secret... as long as meditation is taught as an "Art" it will be
difficult to master, and imprecise in it's instruction. Why is that? Because
art is supposed to be difficult, intuitive, tortured and rare.

So what's the secret? Simple! The secret lies in teaching meditation as a
Science. Remember, science is supposed to be quantifiable, precise and
repeatable.
But WHY could meditation be so Difficult?
And that is exactly what you'll get!
I'm handing you an easy, convenient system that can help you to meditate
with great:
  • skill,
  • peace and
  • joy
the very first week you use it.
This instructional CD is simply the explanation of the two-page practice
known as the "
Centering Questions" which are found in the Buddhist
prayer-book and Guided-meditation resource called: "
Quick Path to Happy
Peace."

Without these instructions the "Centering Questions" could be a
nonsensical puzzle, but with these explanations they become child's play.
And isn't that the way it should be? Come one now, you don't really
believe that Buddha taught meditation as way to frustrate, confound and
torture his students do you?
Of course not! Buddha wasn't cruel, he was kind... and he still is. These
teachings about the "Centering Questions" are the distillation of all of
Buddha's profoundly easy, useful and effective meditation instructions.

When you follow my instructions stress will roll off of you, like water off a
duck's back.
What exactly could you effortlessly learn?
Your "Centering Questions" CD will teach you:

  • why affirmations can NOT work - so you can  prevent dissapointment,

  • the folly of striving to force our dynamically creative mind to "stay still"
    - so that we can avoid needless frustration,

  • how properly worded questions could effortlessly guide the mind - so
you can easily enjoy the bliss of meditation,

  • how to effectively work with our mind's spontaneity - so you can
    create peace,

  • why Thich Nhat Hanh's guided meditations ultimately fail to transform -
so you can learn from his mistakes and progress even further upon
    enlightenment's path,

  • the liberating secrets to understanding the subtle anatomy of the
breath - so you can really access the bliss hidden in each phase of
    the breathing cycle,

  • how to avoid the pit-fall of obsessing over the chakras - so you can
turn your attention to the little known psychic pathways - so you can
transform your meditation into something truly pleasurable,

  • what the short-cuts are - so you can increase your peace

  • what the most effective "focus-points" on your body are - so you
won't get too drowsy and fall asleep,

  • how to effortlessly traverse the path leading from the coarse and
unpleasant - so you'll be able to relish subtle bliss,

  • to explore an extra dimension of meaning and power hidden in each
breath - so that you'll actually get better at Buddha's art of letting go!
What is it that sets Buddha's path apart
from the rest?
Did you know that many spiritual paths use meditation? Oh sure; Hindus,
Sikhs, Taoists, Sufis and some Christians meditate.
Letting-go! Rather than striving to hide from reality, in a blissed-out
stupor, Buddha's contemplations teach us to face whatever life throws at
us with a lucid clarity, and then let-go, in the MOST wonderful way.

The concentration that you will effortlessly and blissfully generate by
following my instructions for the "
Centering Questions" will serve as a
spring board to practice Buddha's deeper contemplations in future lessons.

Yes, sometimes it can be important to be patient and wait until the time is
right. But that's not always very fun, is it?
Would you like a taste of
things to come?
Yes, simply by following the instructions on your "Centering Questions" CD
you will easily generate great amounts of peace and bliss.

But I don't want you to form the habit of using meditation as a purely
hedonistic escape, like the proverbial ostrich sticking it's head in the
ground.

So I'll also teach you; not one, not two but THREE techniques to easily
and comfortably bring peace and bliss into the Buddha's path of Letting-go.
Oh, oh! Look out! Many people say that old, Lama Jigme is just too
controversial. Does that scare you?
Why would folks say that?
Because it true! I am controversial. I'm not tradtional. I don't want you
groveling around for lifetimes. No, I want you to complete Buddha's path in
THIS life time.

I don't want you to wait for decades to receive the Buddha's secret's. I
want to share them with you, just as fast as you can learn and practice
them.
If I have to choose between being polite and being helpful, I'll choose the
second and call it compassion. I'm hoping that your smart enough to
appreciate that.

It's common for many enthusiastic Zen students to meditate for 40 minuets
twice daily. And after 3 decades 60% of them accomplish the 1st of 10
Bodhisattva levels {
or Bhumis} on Buddha's path to Enlightenment.

If you follow the instructions I'll give you in the "
Centering Questions"
home-study course for just 5 minuets twice a day... you could accomplish
the 1st Bodhisattva Bhumi in just 8 months.
Compared with the rest of the world, here in America, Buddhism is still in
it's fledgling state. In addition to supporting this Monk, your donations are
integral to the founding of San Diego's first
Buddha of Compassion: Monastery and Meditation-center.

As always, when you click the "
Reserve your copy Now" button, you'll be
taken to a page that will give you two donation choices. If you choose to
make a LARGER donation, you'll have the opportunity to receive these
teachings in a live, one-on-one telephone session as my way of saying
"thank you."

When you select to make a SMALLER donation, I'll send you the
teachings of the "
Centering Questions" on an audio CD; as a thank you
gift.

Hopefully, you already know that financially supporting monks and
monasteries is very good karma. So I don't have to go into that now.
Now you have it, the choice is yours:

  • How much more peace do you desire?

  • How much more bliss would you like?

  • How fast would you like to progress on Buddha's path to
    Enlightenment?

I have many treasures to share with many students. Could one of them be
you?
